The flexible all-rounder for small series and trial minting

Hand-operated hot stamping machines

Despite increasing full automation in many parts of today's industrial world, hand-operated embossing machines are still in use. These machines are in great demand, especially for decorating small series and/or producing initial test embossings. They are characterised above all by short set-up times, simple handling and flexibility in the embossing process.

Hand-operated hot stamping machines are used not only in the graphics industry (decoration of paper, cardboard, posters, etc.) but also in the leather and plastics industries. Regardless of whether your products are to be finished with or without foil (blind embossing), these machines are a good way for you to realise your projects.

Technical data:

Embossing forces of up to 40kN and embossing areas of 210x300mm (y/x) are no problem for our manually operated hot embossing machines. Due to a projection of up to 320mm, even very large embossed goods can be refined by hot embossing.

In addition to embossing dies made of silicone or metal, freely combinable embossing types or embossing units can also be used with these machines.

Embossing types

Thanks to your individual combination options, you can variably mark your workpieces with character combinations of numbers and letters as well as special characters and logos with the help of our embossing types made of steel or brass. Enhance your products flexibly with single or multi-line lettering in the desired font size and typeface. The associated clamping frames for your embossing types are also individually designed to meet your decoration requirements. Single-line, multi-line or even a rotatable (up to 360°) version of the stenter frame is possible.

Embossing units

Embossing units that can also be equipped with automatic indexing are a suitable solution for decorating your products with part numbers, drawing numbers, batch numbers, manufacturing data and individual designations. The embossing units are adapted for you depending on the application. Whether you need a pure sequence of numbers or a combination with letters/special characters, the embossing units are designed according to your wishes. This enables you to achieve an optimum result in terms of quality assurance and product liability with a minimum of time expenditure.
